The Westin Singapore

The Westin Singapore exceeded our expectations as young holiday goers. The spacious and clean rooms were incredibly comfortable with lovely amenities. The rainforest shower and large bottles of shower foam, shampoo, and conditioner were a nice touch. The breakfast at the coffee shop was delicious, with a variety of fruits and juices to choose from. The views from the hotel were exceptional and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were brilliant, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived until we left. The Club amenities were worth the extra cost, with great food and drinks. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Felt truly spoilt, no reason to complain.

The hotel's location is convenient for tourists as it is near the MRT and within walking distance of many restaurants. One reviewer mentioned that it is right by the underground, making it easy to explore the city. Some rooms offer amazing views of the marina and the harbor, providing a pleasant sight for guests. The breakfast buffet was highly recommended, with a wide variety of options including live cooking stations. The hotel also has excellent gym and spa facilities.

During a peak time, the hotel struggled to cope with the high number of guests, resulting in crowded spaces and a lack of staff to attend to everyone's needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Westin. The rooms were spacious and modern with a comfortable bed and great sleep quality. The bathroom was huge with a large soaker tub and floor to ceiling windows providing a great view. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the MRT and attractions like Marina Bay and Chinatown. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet in the main restaurant was excellent, with live cooking stations and delicious food. we had a fantastic experience at Westin and would definitely recommend it.

The spa for guests has a comfortable hot whirlpool with a great city view. The breakfast menu includes warm and soothing congee. The helpful concierge allowed us to park at the entrance multiple times. The hotel is in a good location close to an MRT station and within walking distance of Marina Bay. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom and standalone soak tub.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very good too meet our needs, always willing to go the extra mile. The lobby was gorgeous, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We loved the breakfast with everything we needed and more. The hotel facilities were amazing, including a beautiful pool and a spa where we could freshen up before our flight. The location was perfect, with a food court nearby offering a wide variety of options. the hotel was conveniently located in a business district and was close to the Marina Bay.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in a prime location. Our room was equipped with exclusive amenities and had a balcony with stunning views. the spa and wellness center had numerous treatments and the rooftop infinity pool was exceptional.

the private in-room breakfast was delicious and more than made up for it.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a soft and comfortable bed. The hotel had a convenient location near downtown MRT and several cafes downstairs. The staff, especially Irish Joy and Debbie Ong, were helpful, friendly, and efficient. The hotel also offered great views of Marina Bay.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

This hotel delivered a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing escape, complete with a sauna, jacuzzi, full body massage, and foot massage. the rooftop infinity pool and sun terrace offered stunning views and comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant had an extensive menu, including special diet options, and the in-room breakfast was a personalized touch.

the staff seemed less attentive and friendly compared to our expectations for a 5-star hotel.
